Since 2016, we have provided Newcastle’s city centre office building, Generator Studios, with an ongoing maintenance and repairs service.
Dedicated to nurturing a community of creative businesses, it was important that with each and every refurbishment project we undertook, we retained the homely atmosphere and created a large and bright space which encouraged collaboration.
We redecorated during tenant changeovers, providing a clean slate for new and growing businesses. We also installed new, modern kitchens in line with Generator Studios industrial chic style. With these refits, it was essential that we worked with the Grade II listed building rather than against it, and were cognizant to the original features and history of the building.
During the five years of refurbishment and maintenance projects, we have created new partitioning to help businesses make the most of the large, light and airy office spaces. We are on-hand to provide reactive maintenance solutions for Generator Studios whenever necessary and cherish this long-term business relationship with this exciting development in the heart of Newcastle upon Tyne.
