Our team partnered with Tesco Mobile to deliver a large-scale programme of internal painting and decorating works across its nationwide store estate. Tasked with supporting a major brand refresh, we worked at pace and at scale to ensure a consistent, high-quality finish across 253 live retail environments.

With updated brand colours and a refreshed mobile signal pulse logo being rolled out across the UK, the project required careful planning, flawless delivery, and a deep understanding of how to work within operational retail spaces.

The brief

Tesco Mobile required an experienced commercial decorating partner to deliver internal redecoration works across 253 stores nationwide within a tight programme.

The brief centred on reinforcing Tesco Mobile’s brand identity through the precise application of new colours and finishes, while making sure stores remained fully operational throughout the programme. Therefore, we needed to complete the works without impacting merchandise, fixtures, or daily trading.

With just one month to plan the rollout and three months to complete all locations, the project demanded strong logistical coordination, disciplined site processes, and consistent quality across a large, geographically dispersed estate.

The solution

We promptly deployed specialist painting and decorating teams experienced in working within live retail environments. To minimise disruption, the majority of works were carried out overnight, outside of store opening hours, allowing each location to reopen as normal the following day.
